On our flight home from Disney we flew through the outer bands of Sandy. Then we learn about Frankenstorm in the news. Taylor was supposed to report to the Provo Missionary training center on October 31st but all flights along the northeastern seaboard were canceled from Sunday through Tuesday night. So we just hunkered down for the storm. Although Philadelphia was in a direct line of fire for the storm we were far enough inland that it didn't do major damage. We thankfully were never without power. Tony works in New Jersey and it was a mess. He saw first hand the damage and the incredible lines at the gas stations. Many people from our congregation at church went to help clear out the debris in the coastal areas of New York and New Jersey. Mother Nature can sure be destructive!

| A little bird decided our house would be a good place to take refuge from the storm. We're still not sure how it got inside. |
