Taylor's Sweet 17!

http://Taylor turned 17 on September 6th. It fell on Labor day this year as it did the year he was born. So the kids and Tony had the day off and Taylor decided it would be fun to go to the Philadelphia zoo. It was America's first zoo and it was the first time we had visited since moving here. We bought the annual family pass that allows us to bring a friend and ride all the rides. Taylor invited his friend Annaliese to come along and she accepted. It's a wonderful zoo and we all had a great time. My favorite was riding the swan boats. The three blonde chicks, ie. myself and daughters, couldn't steer very well and we giggled and giggled. I'm sure the other boaters thought we were a little nutty. After our fun day at the zoo we headed to Joe's Crab Shack for dinner. (Annaliese couldn't come because of a previous engagement.) We ate seafood, Taylor's favorite, and then headed home for cake and ice cream. It was a fun, fun day. We're soooo grateful to have such an amazing son. He's awesome!
