McKinley Enters Double Digits - Celebrates The Big 10!

McKinley's birthday fell on a Saturday this year so she invited a few of her friends to go ice skating with her to celebrate. Tony and Taylor went out on the ice thinking some of the girls might need a little help, but they were all pretty good skaters. So Taft got some undivided attention.  He wants to skate like the big guys. Madison and I watched from the sidelines and took pictures.  After skating we came back to the house to do crafts and have cupcakes and open presents. Who knew five ten year old girls could be so loud?! (Yes, I only needed to think back to Madison and her friends at 10.) Once all the friends went home we had our family celebration. Grandma Donna once again came up with the most amazing gift. Although this time McKinley knew she was getting the throw with her picture on it, she just didn't know which picture. I think it really shows off her beautiful eyes. She's amazing and beautiful inside and out and we're so glad she's part of our family.
