Pre-College Crunch Time

Since Taylor waited until the end of the summer to complete his Eagle project he had to hurry to complete all the accompanying paperwork to submit to the council before he left for college.  AND, it was time to get packing to make the cross-country trip to Utah.  Silly me, I assumed he would actually clean up his room so his little brother could take it over, but no, he basically left it in the same condition he would have had he just gone off for the weekend.  Grrrr!  All this didn't help my stress level.  I was just a little worked up about driving our firstborn 2200 miles away to college and having a hubby that had been to the urgent care multiple times in recent weeks for IV antibiotics. No biggie!
